Bean & Ender are two co-ed lops who enjoy a good book and box forts. Though "The Man" is anti-rodent, they
happily reside in their MSU dorm room, undesturbed, thanks to a non-english speaking R.A. Big ups for studying abroad!
This website was inspired by Ender, Bean, and their roommate Hoppy's search for bunny toys and maintenence that fit on
the college budget. Through trial and error, we have found that rabbits are in fact cheap, if you can avoid all the pet botique
hype for expensive toys and products. For examples, see the bunny's favorites list to the right.
This isn't to say that they don't have all the designer toys - they do. Before we brought the bunnies home as babies,
we stocked up on Twine Tossem' Carrots, Bunny Maze Balls, fancy hay racks, and vegi-shaped wood chews. But we soon found
that the rabbits much prefer eating their hay out of a stuffed kleenex box, would rather chew old peices of cardboard than
fancy blocks, and only occassionally bump into their top-of-the-line toys. Now, months and hundreds of dollars later, I wish
that someone had let me in on the big secret before I spent so much of my tight university budget. Thus the creation of "The
Educated Bunny." I hope it helps readers to understand beforehand what I did not. If you already have a bunny, perhaps
we can provide you with some handy, money-saving tips for the future. Enjoy!
